Sharing my life
Friend of Grey Wolf was developed to remember a dear friend. He was a biker and his biker name was Grey Wolf. Here you will find out about me and my interests - God, Music, Travel, Trains, and the Internet. I spent my whole working career first as a technical services librarian (I have a Master of Library Science degree) and later doing web development - the Internet has been good to me.
I play the following instruments:
As a child I always wanted to play music. My parents chose not to provide lessons. They used the usual excuse that I would not practice. They may have been right. Hindsight is 20/20.
When I got my first job I got my first guitar, it was a $15.00 garage sale wonder. Everything was wrong with it but I was happy. After a few lessons, my instructor introduced me to a Gibson Hummingbird that I fell in love with and still have until this day.
As young adults sometimes do, I listened to the folks around me telling me how poor I played. I quit. Life then got in the way. Until I retired, I never picked up either the Hummingbird nor the Deering Banjo.
I started back up in 2010 and never looked back. I love my music!
One of the few times I played without "Band In a Box."
